Where we ship
The European Union plus Switzerland and the United Kingdom. If you live somewhere else and want PNC, email hello@pnc-bread.eu — we add countries based on where the demand sits.
How we ship
- Boxes leave our bakery on Monday and Tuesday by DHL or DPD, depending on country.
- Most addresses receive their box within 2–4 working days of dispatch.
- Each sachet is vacuum-sealed; the dry mix is shelf-stable for 9 months unopened, 4 weeks once opened.
- Tracking link arrives by email when your label is printed.
Shipping cost
- Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark: €4.90 flat per box.
- France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Poland: €6.90.
- Switzerland, UK: €11.90 (customs handled by us — no surprise fees on delivery).
- Free shipping on orders of 4+ boxes.
Cancellation — one click, no email needed
You can cancel a subscription or pre-order from your account, anytime, with one click. We do not bury the cancel button. We do not require you to call. We do not "offer to pause your subscription" twelve times before letting you go.
If you'd rather email: cancel@pnc-bread.eu. We answer within one working day. The subject line "cancel" is enough.
Before we charge you
Cancel any time, no money has moved.
After we charge but before the box ships
Cancel any time. We refund the full amount within 5 working days back to your card.
After your box has shipped
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on unopened boxes. Email cancel@pnc-bread.eu with your order number and we'll send a return label. We refund within 14 days of receiving the box back.
If something is wrong with your box
Damaged in transit, sachet broken, mix smells off, batch number missing — tell us within 14 days at hello@pnc-bread.eu. We replace or refund. Your choice. We don't ask for the box back.
