Where we ship
Worldwide — every country on Earth. Wherever you are, you can order PNC and have it on your table in days. No region is locked out, no "we don't ship here." Prices are in euros; we show an estimate in your currency before you pay.
How we ship
- Boxes leave our bakery on Monday and Tuesday by DHL, DPD or a trusted local courier, depending on your country.
- Most orders arrive within 3–5 days — wherever you are on Earth.
- Each sachet is vacuum-sealed; the dry mix is shelf-stable for 9 months unopened, 4 weeks once opened.
- Tracking link arrives by email when your label is printed.
Shipping cost
- Germany: €2.90 per order — any number of packs.
- Every other country: €6.50 per order — any number of packs.
Cancellation
Write to cancel@pncbread.love with your order email. We answer within one working day. The subject line "cancel" is enough.
Before the box ships
Cancel any time. We refund the full amount within 5 working days back to your card.
After your box has shipped
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on unopened boxes. Email cancel@pncbread.love with your order number and we'll send a return label. We refund within 14 days of receiving the box back.
If something is wrong with your box
Damaged in transit, sachet broken, mix smells off, batch number missing — tell us within 14 days at hello@pncbread.love. We replace or refund. Your choice. We don't ask for the box back.
