Terms of service.

V2.0 · Effective 19 October 2026

This is the contract between you and PNC Bread when you place an order. We've kept it short.

1 · What you get

One pack is three sachets of pre-weighed, pre-blended buckwheat bread mix. One sachet makes one classic loaf, a pizza, a flatbread, two pan breads, about five pancakes or about seven crêpes; the Sunday loaf uses two sachets. A pack costs €15.00, VAT included. Shipping is €2.90 per order within Germany and €6.50 per order to every other country, whatever the number of packs.

2 · Ordering

You order on pncbread.love without an account. The contract is concluded when you complete payment on the Stripe checkout page; you receive a confirmation by email. Boxes leave the bakery on the next Monday or Tuesday. Prices are in euros; any amount shown in another currency is an estimate at the day's exchange rate.

3 · Cancellation & refunds

Until your box ships, you can cancel by writing to cancel@pncbread.love and we refund you in full within 5 business days. If a box arrives broken or stale, tell us within 14 days and we'll replace or refund it — your choice. EU consumers have the standard 14-day right of withdrawal on unopened boxes. 4 · Payment

We use Stripe as our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. Failed payments retry once after 24 hours; after that the order is paused and we email you.

5 · Allergens & food safety

PNC Bread is naturally gluten-free, sugar-free, and contains four ingredients: buckwheat flour, mountain salt, psyllium husk and organic dry yeast. Every batch is laboratory-tested for gluten before it ships. Buckwheat is a pseudo-grain unrelated to wheat. The mix is produced in a facility that handles no nuts, no dairy, no soy, no sesame. Each batch is dated and traceable.

If you have a severe allergy, contact us at safety@pncbread.love before ordering — we'll send you the latest allergen statement and lab results for the active batch.

6 · Liability

We bake mix. We follow EU food-safety standards. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz). For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this contract. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

7 · Changes to these terms

Changes apply only to orders placed after they are published. The terms in force when you ordered govern your order.

8 · Governing law

Your contract is with PNC BREAD UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i.Gr., Leitzachtalstrasse 126, 83730 Elbach-Fischbachau, Germany. These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside. Statutory warranty rights (gesetzliche Mängelhaftung) apply.
