— The deal between us
Terms of service.
This is the contract between you and PNC Bread when you place a pre-order or subscribe. We've kept it short.
1 · What you get
For each box you order, we ship you five sachets of pre-weighed, pre-blended buckwheat baking mix (300 g buckwheat flour, 15 g psyllium husk, 7 g fine sea salt per sachet). One sachet makes one loaf. Each box is €15. That's €3 per loaf.
2 · Pre-order vs subscription
- A pre-order is a one-time reservation of the next batch. We charge you when the batch is confirmed and ships within seven days of charging.
- A subscription ships automatically at the cadence you choose (weekly, biweekly, monthly). We charge before each shipment. You can pause, edit or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@pnc-bread.eu.
3 · Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel a pre-order any time before we charge your card. After we charge but before the box ships, we'll refund you in full within 5 business days. If a box arrives broken or stale, tell us within 14 days and we'll replace or refund it — your choice. EU consumers have the standard 14-day right of withdrawal on unopened boxes. 4 · Payment
We use Stripe as our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. Failed payments retry once after 24 hours; after that the order is paused and we email you.
5 · Allergens & food safety
PNC Bread is naturally gluten-free, sugar-free, and contains only three ingredients: buckwheat flour, psyllium husk, and salt. Buckwheat is a pseudo-grain unrelated to wheat. The mix is produced in a facility that handles no nuts, no dairy, no soy, no sesame. Each batch is dated and traceable.
If you have a severe allergy, contact us at safety@pnc-bread.eu before ordering — we'll send you the latest allergen statement and lab results for the active batch.
6 · Liability
We bake mix. We follow EU food-safety standards. If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the price of the box you ordered, except where law requires otherwise (gross negligence, personal injury). This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
7 · Changes to these terms
If we change anything material, we'll bump the version above and email subscribers at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before then if you don't agree.
8 · Governing law
These terms are governed by EU consumer law and the laws of the country listed in our Imprint. Disputes go to the competent court there, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to your local court.
The short version. €15 per box of five sachets. Cancel any time before we charge you. If something arrives broken or stale, we replace or refund it. We're a real bakery, not a marketplace, and we stand behind every loaf.
